Penelope Ingram

Penelope Ingram is an Associate Professor of English at the University of Texas at Arlington. Her research areas include feminist theory, postcolonial and race theory, and film studies. She is the author of The Signifying Body: Toward an Ethics of Sexual and Racial Difference (SUNY 2008). She has published articles in New Literary History, Cultural Critique, feminist review, Philosophy and Literature, and elsewhere. She has just completed a manuscript examining Hollywood’s role in the rise of Donald Trump.
